Fulham keeper Mark Schwarzer to join Arsenal for £4m - goal.com
Arsenal have been informed by Fulham that goalkeeperMark Schwarzer will cost them £4 million, according to a report from The Sun.
As previously revealed by Goal.com UK, the Gunners have been on the trail of the Australian for a while now and are already believed to have had a £2m bid turned down.
The Cottagers are still struggling to find a replacement for the 37-year-old though, and are holding out for double that amount.
Manuel Almunia is understood to be ready to leave the Emirates if Schwarzer becomes a Gunner, with Atletico Madrid understood to be a possible destination.
